Jess, who grew up in Canada, has seen some pretty amazing things, and now she’s bringing her wealth of experience in customer service to Heli Glenorchy. With a passion for helping people and a commitment to ensuring our customers have the best experience possible, Jess is dedicated to making every interaction seamless and positive.

Jess knows all things extraordinary, and her favourite flying memory is seeing the “hanging” Earnslaw Glacier up close and personal. Witnessing the mountain from an entirely different perspective truly blew her away.

When she’s not helping our guests, you’ll find Jess riding her horse or volunteering in the close-knit Glenorchy community. From the doorstep to paradise, Jess is here to assist you in your expeditions from above
