Growing up in Loburn, North Canterbury, Matt has aviation in his blood, with both grandfathers and an uncle who were pilots. Gaining 16 years of flying experience across the South Island of New Zealand and the east coast of Australia, Matt has cultivated a deep love for the skies.
Matt’s favourite landing spot is the picturesque Rees Valley, and his most memorable experiences include firefighting in Victoria, where he helped save people’s homes. At Heli Glenorchy, Matt’s passion shines through in his favorite flights—heli skiing and exploring the rugged hills of Glenorchy.
